现有毒品滥用流行病模型假设吸毒者康复后对毒品拥有永久"免疫"力,而忽视了其再次成为毒品易感者的可能性。针对这一问题,通过考虑社区治疗和隔离治疗两种措施,分析了毒品滥用人群的演化过程,提出了基于暂时"免疫"力的毒品滥用流行病模型,并计算了模型的基本再生数,讨论了模型平衡点的存在性和稳定性。当基本再生数小于1时,模型存在一个局部渐进稳定的无毒平衡点;当基本再生数大于1时,模型存在唯一的地方病平衡点,并利用几何方法证明了地方病平衡点的全局稳定性;当基本再生数等于1时,如果满足一定条件,模型出现后向分支现象。数值模拟验证了上述所有结果。研究结果表明提高隔离治疗率、改善社区治疗效果和降低接触传染率可以有效抑制毒品滥用的流行。 相似文献

In this paper, a combined compact finite difference method (CCD) together with alternating direction implicit (ADI) scheme is developed for two-dimensional linear and nonlinear hyperbolic telegraph equations with variable coefficients. The proposed CCD-ADI method is second-order accurate in time variable and sixth-order accurate in space variable. For the linear hyperbolic equation, the CCD-ADI method is shown to be unconditionally stable by using the Von Neumann stability analysis. Numerical results for both linear and nonlinear hyperbolic equations are presented to illustrate the high accuracy of the proposed method. 相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to present an extension of the generalised supertwisting algorithm (STA) to the multivariable framework. We begin by introducing an algorithm that may be deemed as a linear, quasicontinuous, or discontinuous multivariable system, depending on the functions that define them. For the class represented by such an algorithm we prove the robust, Lyapunov stability of the origin and characterise the perturbations that preserve its stability. In particular, when its vector field is discontinuous or quasicontinuous our algorithm is endowed with finite‐time stability. Due to its resemblance to the scalar case, we denote such finite‐time stable systems as generalised multivariable STA. Furthermore, the class of finite‐time stable systems comprise the currently available versions of STAs. To finalise, by means of simulation examples, we show that our proposed finite‐time stable algorithms are well suited for signals online differentiation and highlight their dynamical traits. 相似文献

为提高准东露天煤的成浆性能,利用宽沟煤、乌东煤、北山煤、黑山煤、红沙泉煤5种煤与准东露天煤进行了混合制浆实验,考察了各单种煤的成浆性能以及单种煤最高成浆浓度条件下混合制浆的煤浆性能。单一准东露天煤浆的成浆性研究表明:准东露天煤单独制浆时,在添加剂添加率3‰下,煤浆最高质量分数为47%,黏度650 mPa·s,但煤浆流动性和稳定性一般。与不同种煤混合制浆研究表明:准东露天煤与宽沟煤、黑山煤容易混合成浆,煤浆的浓度、流动性、稳定性均有明显提高;在准东露天煤与宽沟煤、黑山煤质量比5∶5时,煤浆质量分数可达57%,可满足水煤浆气化炉生产对煤浆的要求。 相似文献

Spectroscopic characterization of AgI-ion-mediated C-AgI-A and C-AgI-T base pairs found in primer extension reactions catalyzed by DNA polymerases was conducted. UV melting experiments revealed that C-A and C-T mismatched base pairs in oligodeoxynucleotide duplexes are specifically stabilized by AgI ions in 1:1 stoichiometry in the same manner as a C-C mismatched base pair. Although the stability of the mismatched base pairs in the absence of AgI ions is in the order C-A≈C-T>C-C, the stabilizing effect of AgI ions follows the order C-C>C-A≈C-T. However, the comparative susceptibility of dNTPs to AgI-mediated enzymatic incorporation into the site opposite templating C is dATP>dTTP≫dCTP, as reported. The net charge, as well as the size and/or shape complementarity of the metal-mediated base pairs, or the stabilities of mismatched base pairs in the absence of metal ions, would be more important than the stability of the metallo-base pairs in the replicating reaction catalyzed by DNA polymerases. 相似文献

Indium-free flexible transparent conductive thin films (TCFs) composed of silver nanowire (AgNW) networks and Sb doped SnO2 (ATO) layers were prepared on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrates. The ATO layers were deposited via radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering at room temperature. The AgNWs were achieved via a modified polyol reduction method and embedded between the ATO layers. The effects of AgNW networks and ATO layers on electrical and optical properties of the ATO/AgNWs/ATO flexible tri-layer thin films are investigated. The ATO layers can improve the optical transmittance and reduce the resistivity of tri-layers, and the corresponding mechanisms are proposed. Typically, an ATO/AgNWs/ATO flexible tri-layers show a high figure of merit value (30.06 × 10-3 Ω-1) with a low sheet resistance of 7.1 Ω/sq. and a high transmittance of 85.7%. Meanwhile, the tri-layers present excellent mechanical flexibility, and the ATO layers acted as the protecting layers improve the adhesive and environmental stability at high temperature and humidity for the ATO/AgNWs/ATO flexible tri-layers. These results indicate that ATO/AgNWs/ATO flexible tri-layer thin films can be useful for the fabrication of wearable electronic devices. 相似文献

β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP), a well-accepted synthetic bone grafting biomaterial, is confronted with limitations of poor phase stability and lacking the capacity to mediate the biological functions. In the current study, gallium (Ga) was substituted for calcium in the β-TCP, and the influences of Ga substitution on the phase stability, compressive strength and cellular response of β-TCP bioceramics were investigated. The results indicated that substitution of at least 2.5 mol% Ga for calcium prevented the β-TCP from transforming into α-TCP at 1250 °C. The β-TCP bioceramics substituted with 2.5 mol% Ga attained the highest compressive strength. The β-TCP bioceramics substituted with 2.5 and 5 mol% Ga showed good cytocompatibility, and suppressed in vitro osteoclastic activity as well as osteoblastic differentiation. Considering the favorable mechanical strength and the inhibitory effect on the osteoclastic activity, the β-TCP bioceramics substituted with 2.5 mol% Ga are promising for treating the bone defect in the pathological state of excessively rapid bone resorption. 相似文献

Zilpaterol is a β-adrenergic agonist feed additive approved in the United States to increase weight gain and improve feed efficiency of cattle. A zilpaterol immunochromatographic assay was developed as an economical and user-friendly rapid detection method for zilpaterol and validated using urine and tissue samples derived from animal studies. The assay sensitivity was 1.7–23.2 ng g?1 or mL?1 across a variety of feed and animal matrices and did not cross-react with clenbuterol or ractopamine. No sample pre-treatment of cattle and sheep urine was needed, but horse urine and feed required dilution; skeletal muscle required solvent extraction prior to testing. Of 32 incurred sheep urine samples tested, zilpaterol content was correctly identified in all but 2 samples. Horse urine containing >10 ng mL?1 of incurred zilpaterol residue (n = 48) was correctly identified as zilpaterol positive. The assay correctly identified 0-day withdrawal sheep muscle samples as zilpaterol positive and the control and longer withdrawal day sheep muscle samples as negative. Zilpaterol was demonstrated to be stable in horse urine when stored at ?20°C for 7 years. 相似文献

The titanium carbides are potential candidates to achieve both high hardness and refractory property. We carried out a structural search for titanium carbides at three pressures of 0 GPa, 30 GPa and 50 GPa. A phase diagram of the Ti-C system at 0 K was obtained by elucidating formation enthalpies as a function of compositions, and their mechanical and metallic properties of titanium carbides were investigated systematically. We also discussed the relation of titanium concentration to the both mechanical and metallic properties of titanium carbides. It has been found that the average valence electron density and tractility improved at higher concentrations of titanium, while the degree of covalent bonding directionality decreased. To this effect, the hardness of titanium carbide decreases as the content of titanium increases. Our results indicated that the titanium content significantly affected the metallic properties of the Ti-C system. 相似文献
